I will never buy from this buyer again . I order 3 bottles of lotion . The first bottle was suppose to be GOLD but I got sent Half cast which I LIKE. Went back in and click re- order and Gold was sent to me which I do not like. Message buyer explain to her that the lotion that I got from the first bottle was a Dark Yellow ( half cast) and when I got the second bottle the GOLD is a white color and I did not like it. Buyer said she will send the right bottle. It came in the mail days later. The GOLD . Which I describe to her that I didn’t not like the Gold . She continue to argue with saying that I choose the wrong one . But what part she didn’t I understand that I wanted the dark yellow lotion ( half cast ). At the end of the day I have two lotion that I’m not going to use. What a waste ..I rated it a one for bad customer ser

The shipping was exceptional especially during the holiday I ordered this right before New Year’s Eve I wasn’t expecting this for at least about a week and a half and here it is January 3 and I have my package I can’t wait to try the product out so far I am very impressed by reading the other responses of other customers of the results so I look forward to a great experience with this product but I have to say my hats off to you thank you so much for such a quick response.
