The shipping was exceptional especially during the holiday I ordered this right before New Year’s Eve I wasn’t expecting this for at least about a week and a half and here it is January 3 and I have my package I can’t wait to try the product out so far I am very impressed by reading the other responses of other customers of the results so I look forward to a great experience with this product but I have to say my hats off to you thank you so much for such a quick response. I ordered the White Now set with the yellow writing, she sent me the bottle with the red writing. Regardless of it being the same, send the customer what they paid for in the advertised picture. My White Now serum leaked out into the mailing bag. It needs to be sealed better with stronger tape, not the clear office tape! She’s contaminated my oil by taking off the top and putting tape over the mouth of the bottle. This is going on someone’s skin! My oil is coming in contact with the sticky part of the tape, what if I’m allergic? I’m allergic to latex, she doesn’t know if the sticky part contains latex or not. Why would she open up the bottle that’s being sold to a customer? It’s money wasted because I now do not trust using oil. I’m a first time customer. I informed her that my oil leaked out, I just got a sorry for the mess!
